Ready to collaborate on your edesign project with me?Let's get started!
Hi! I’m Robin! Creative AND practical, I guide my clients in creating a comfortable and beautiful home while keeping things realistic and functional…. according to the way you really live. Your space should work well for you now AND into your future, and that is exactly what I help you achieve! My design aesthetic leans heavily toward “cozy, comfy and welcoming”, (yes, that’s a style!), mixing old with new and integrating layers of texture and color. An intrinsic love of vintage furniture and materials frequently inspire my design direction, particularly while combining my client’s existing cherished possessions and furnishings with carefully curated newly acquired additions. I am a Round Top Antiques Show junkie! (I never miss a show and now lead guided shopping tours to favorite venues at the show. So FUN!) Your thoughts, ideas, concepts and goals come first and foremost. Always. I am here to advise, provide a design roadmap, or just lend a guiding hand to your “DIY” project and ideas. Not everyone needs or wants luxury full-service design and prefer to do much of the work and implementation for themselves. That’s a perfect fit! I offer a wide variety of E-Design based services including interior design, accessory styling, paint color consultations, and "Open Door Design" which is a basically "designer on call" option for your quick questions or short & sweet issues. These all offer a productive and affordable alternative to more expensive traditional interior design services. Don't forget about gift certificates! An edesign package is a great way to celebrate a birthday, wedding or anniversary! As to my particular qualifications, I have practiced commercial and residential design for over 35 years. I am a registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas, (RID), a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders and am NCIDQ certified. My most valuable qualification, however, is my day to day experience with people and finding solutions for their design challenges!
